Denison Vacuum is proud to offer Shipping anywhere in the continental
United States! If you live outside the Continental United States please call
or email before purchasing.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be billed for actual U.S. Priority Mail
charges or a minimum of $10.00. Any extra charges will be billed
separately. P.O. Boxes and APO will automatically ship U.S. Priority Mail upon
verification via email. Actual shipping fees from USPS may be added to the
$10.00 flat fee separately. If you have any questions

Packages are sent
and delivered Monday thru Friday. All purchase must pass fraud review before
we release orders. That normally takes 1 -2 days. This is for your protection
and ours. Please allow 1-7 business days for
arrival. A $5.00 fee is charged for any address that is incorrectly
entered as the shipping address. International customers - PLEASE CALL
OR EMAIL FOR SHIPPING PRICING. We are very prompt in customer service care. Our
customers are our # one priority.
Denison Vacuum will accept your returns on merchandise only if has not
been opened or used or if the item did not work! Customer is responsible for
shipping charges on returns sent back to us as well as proper insurance and
confirmations. Refunds will be given when products are received and inspected.
Original shipping fees may not be credited. Please notify us via email or via
the telephone (903)-465-9404 before shipping the product.
For the protection of our customers, when entering your address upon ordering,
please be sure billing address matches with the address that the card is
issued to. If not, your order may be cancelled.
We accept most credit cards .
**Please Note: Credit card transactions will appear as "Denison Vac" on your
statement when purchased online. If it is a credit card phone order it will
show as Denison Vacuum & Janitorial.
We do accept payment by check from US
based banks. It does take longer for the order to process as your check will
have to clear the bank it is written on before the product is shipped. We
apologize for any delays this may cause but it is a necessary process.
**Please Note: International customers may experience a slightly longer
shipping time than 1-5 business days once approved for shipping.
